By using Wishling ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms are governed by Indian law.

What Wishling Does

Wishling is a price comparison and product research tool. We use Google Shopping data to find and display prices from various retailers. Wishling is not a retailer — we do not sell products, process payments, or handle fulfilment.

Prices shown are fetched live from Google Shopping at the time of the query. They may not reflect real-time pricing from every store. Always verify the price on the retailer's site before purchasing.

Affiliate Links

Wishling is a participant in the Amazon Associates Programme (Store ID: Wishling-21). When you click an Amazon link and make a qualifying purchase, we may receive a commission from Amazon.in at no extra cost to you. User Accounts

You may use Wishling as a guest without creating an account.
If you sign in with Google or Apple, you are also subject to their respective terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to scrape, copy, or automate access to the Service
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Reverse engineer any part of the Service

Wishling is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of price data. We are not responsible for any losses arising from reliance on our price information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wishling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
